MLS Tips: Types of Residential Properties

When you search the MLS, you'll see properties listed by "Type." These are pretty much self-explanatory, but just in case there's a question, here's the skinny:

SF = Single Family

C/T = Condo/Townhouse

DU = Duplex

MU = Multi-Family

MH = Mobile Home*

*A mobile home is only eligible to be in the MLS if there is land being sold with it. There are almost no mobile homes with land left on the island of Key West.
