• Residential properties: Single Family (SF), Condo (C), Duplex (DU), Multi-Family (MU) Mobile Home (MH)*
• Status is: Sold (S), Contingent (C) meaning under contract with contingencies not yet met or Pending (P) meaning under contract, contingencies met, waiting to close.
• DOM is Days On Market and only includes the time period for the current REALTOR®.**

*A mobile home is only eligible to be in the MLS if there is land being sold with it. There are almost no mobile homes with land left on the island of Key West.

**When a property is relisted with the same broker, it is supposed to be re-listed under the same MLS# so the DOM is accurate. Doesn't always happen. When a seller changes REALTOR®s, there is a new MLS# assigned, in which case the only way to get accurate DOM - which is a critical component of a sale - is to research that address. If you want an address researched, please ask.

• This year's data, so Jan 1 thru Nov 16 2007
• Residential only, which includes Single Family, Condos, Duplex, Multi-Family & Mobile Homes (although there are almost no mobile homes with land left on the island)
• DOM is Days On Market and only includes the time period for the current REALTOR®. REALTOR®s are supposed to relist a property under the same MLS# so the DOM is accurate. Doesn't always happen. Solds Since 17 April 2007

According to the MLS, there have been 74 Key West residential properties (single family, multi up to four units, condos/townhomes) sold since my last update 4/16.

In the interest of getting this data to you instead of just meaning to, I exported them into a spreadsheet and pdf'ed it here: Download 2007_july_6_solds_since_april_17.pdf. The old way with pictures and remarks was prettier, but waaaaaay more work and took me hours.

Unfortunately, you cannot find more detail on a property than what is in this pdf. If you want more, send me the MLS#, I'll look it up and send you the data sheet. I won't make you buy a house in exchange. No obligation, no kidding.
